They txted me about my craigslist add saying they wanted to "wire money to you because I am overseas. One of my shippers will come to pick it up". Paypal offers refunds anytime within 60 days fyi..
After that he must have asked me 10 times if I had a PayPal account, totally dodging my request to speak over the phone.

Craigslist/Kijiji-Local social media selling. It isn't eBay. By phone. In person. With cash. Gets rid of the dead wood.

"Wayne" says he's working offshore and paypal is the only mode of payment. His shippers will come pick it up as soon as payment clears.

There is only one way to deal with this scamming nonsense. Tell the 'buyer' to use their credit card on Western Unions web site to send you money. Tell them 'you prefer' they send you money that way because its not in person. So they'll vanish and move along to their next potential victim, but you'll be done with them.
