Missed call as well. It hung up within less than 5 minutes of when my phone started ringing.
Probably checking numbers to see if the numbers are live.

Received a call on my cell phone from this number. A recorded message telling me my debit card has been de-activated. However, if I enter my
16 digit account number, it can be re-activated immediately. I hung up.
This is a scam trying to get your bank account information. If you get
a call from this number, hang up immediately. DON'T give out any information!!!

Received a call from this number twice while in class. It didn't leave a message.

The women speak my language ( Chinese) too,it look like our friend to say Happy Chinese New Year to us.But we never know her,I don't want to call her back and get big phone bill,Any body get change about call back it number ??

Phone #601-429-9016 is a scammed.  He introduced his name as Michael Torres and has business in Africa.  He said he is a white American, +/- 50 y.o and has a daughter ~ 12 y.o.  The area code is Mississippi; however he said he lives in California.
