- Don't want calls from this companyGot a call from 602-216-8288 today, and no message was left. What happens if I pick up, will I be given an honest overview of company services? Either way, I did not ask for a calls, and can't be aussured there will not be further harrassment if I call and give my number.
I feel confident that whomever gave KDP our number knows that they have hidden motives, and I don't want to give the impression to this third party that they can spread this garbage even further.- Caller: Kendon Productions
- anon replies to who knowsIn regards to spelling, re-read your note. "...but if I half to pay...". Half to pay? Really?!

10 months ago, I got taken by "CorePayment Solutions" for over $1,000.00. I have the FCC, and my cc company looking into it.
When THIS scam called, I wanted to listen. ALL the same lines. ALL the same promises!
"David" got real mad when I started asking certain Questions, and SUDDENLY, Don came on the phone promieing that they were diferent from scam business'.When I ask that they send me info via e-mail, they got defensive. I told them that I wanted to research their business before going any further. They didn't like that.

- HH replies to Want to fix it| 6 repliesPlease let explain and clear up all this talk about "Kendon Productions". Being a foolish "investor" in 5 or 6 of these "Internet Businesses" over the past 18 months, I've lost $$thousands. I was desperate for a job or career after losing mine. I kept thinking, "They can't ALL be crooks!" But they are. I chose THIS message to reply to because it was about on this date that a judge in Maricopa County in Phoenix, AZ issued a "Seizure Warrant" against Kendon Productions and 30 other businesses - including "Bankcard Empire" - all owned by convicted felon Leslie S. Mersky, his family and associates. Mersky is a master criminal who was sentenced in 2001 for a stock scheme that bilked $60-million out of suckers before they caught him. He did 42 months in prison, only to get out and set up Bankcard Empire and these 30 other scams like Kendon Productions. U.S. Postal Inspectors hauled away 2 truckloads of stuff from various offices and Mersky is facing 51 counts of - EVERYTHING. They have seized all of these crooks' homes, cars, bank accounts, stocks & anything of value. The "Seizure Warrant" calls for up to $79-million in seizures, hopefully to pay people back. Read about Mersky on any search engine and check out the charges and "Seizure Warrant" at the Maricopa Recorder's Office online. Believe me, Phoenix is THE #1 hotbed for internet crime in America. If you get a call from Phoenix, hang up - it's a ripoff. Thank God, Mersky will probably get life without parole and I hope his family gets hammered for BIG prison time!!
- HH replies to RayI replied a little while ago to a post on Kendon Productions and made a small mistake. I thought it was a post from April 2010 - but actually it was from 2009. So I'll post this reply on a more recent post from July 2010. Once again, go to the Maricopa County (AZ) Recorder's Office website and look up the "Seizure Warrant" issued against Leslie S. Mersky, his family and friends who have operated a criminal "empire" involving 31 companies (at least) in Phoenix for the past 5 or 6 years - maybe more. Kendon Productions is ONE of those companies named in the warrant. The court, in April 2010, listed these crimes in the warrant: Racketeering; Solicitation; Conspiracy; Participating in a criminal syndicate; Fraudulent schemes and artifices; Fraudulent schemes and willful concealment; Illegally conducting an enterprise; Money Laundering; Theft and finally - Forgery. The court authorized seizure of up to $79-million in assets from Mersky and all of his cronies and said the property being seized "afforded a source of influence over a criminal enterprise; was being used to facilitate the above-listed offenses and is subject to seizure and forfeiture according to the laws governing Organized Crime and Fraud." One more thing they are charged with: Failure to register as a TELEPHONE SELLER. Do you think they care whether you or I are on some "Do Not Call List"?? Mersky and his gang - and Kendon Productions and the 30 other companies they operate (or once operated) are "mafia-like" criminal enterprises. So is, I would venture to say, any other telemarketer in Phoenix. If not - FIND AN HONEST ONE AND SHOW ME!!
- Tired of the callsI got a call from 602-997-1903. When I answered there was a female who appeared to be talking to someone else saying, "uhmm, uhmm" and then giggled and hung up. What the ---- was that!

- RAMI was recieving calls about a week ago from another number but it comes up as Kendon Productions on the caller id. I am curious why a legit co. would give their name right on the caller id?? But whatever, the woman I talked to seemed to be real nice, not a fast talker, explained their merchant services provider program and I listened. It sounded great, and I have heard them all (32 per day at one point) and I filled out that questionaire maybe 6 years ago and people are still calling. Most I tell to DNC again, but something made me want to hear what they had to say. OK if I tell them to call me back in the evening not during business hours would they take the time to explain? And they did. I am telling you it sounds above board, but kinda too good to be true, so thats when I started to research the name. I put in the other phone number and there are no probs with it as of now being reported but it is still the same address and name. Their website has nothing to do with what they were offering me, so whats the deal there? I am disappointed to hear that this is a scam, I really thought this was going to be a way to make extra $$$. If anyone finds out that this is legit, please post immediately, I am not gullible, but would like to get involved with something REAL for a change.

- jl replies to Former EmployeeThese are internet reports found on searches for Leslie and David Mersky, BankcardEmpire, and Kendon Productions. Not sure how the dots connect, but buyer beware. They have been calling me, and seem very friendly. I saw a news spot where a 94 year old man lost $10,000 from promises of earnings to be generated by setting up credit card machines.
The Better Business Bureau gives Kendon Productions a D+ rating.

There seems to be a suspect trail of information available that keeps coming back to an internet scam with the same basis and or players involved. If this is a valid company, then I hope they can clear up the misinformation. So far it is not looking good. For their sakes I hope they are not bilking innocent people out of their life savings with empty promises. What goes around, comes around. In a way no one is innocent. I almost got sucked into this, until I did some research. I am expecting a call from Kendon Productions this afternoon, and I will be telling them what I have found about them on the internet, and suggesting if it is misleading that they get it cleared up.

When someone fills out a survey showing interest in something, they are hoping to get feedback. However, the point in this case is questioning whether the feedback is coming from someone who has the requestor's best interest at heart. That is the sad part of all this. There are those who pry upon individuals in desperate need without batting an eye. Still there are no victims, just 2 sides of the same scam. I filled out such a form and started receiving the calls. I almost bit. Guess I was lucky today. Hope I will find a legitimate form of income, and quit attracting scam artists (they are definitely artists - I have to give them that). Good luck to everyone else. Best advice I can offer to others is try not to open yourself to these scam artists. Watch what you are projecting during your search, and only open yourself to legitimate responses. May be easier said than done. Again, best wishes and good luck. Wish I had a valid opportunity I could offer.
- jl| 1 replyI have been receiving calls from Kendon Productions regarding a work a home opportunity. I was a little leary about the name of the company and the fact that they were promoting a business selling credit card equipment. The individuals were friendly and seemed very knowledgable. I think I received the call because I filled out an internet survey saying I was interested in a home based business. I was a little suspicious when the caller asked how much cash I might have available to invest in a business. Following my answer he immediately said I qualified for whatever he was selling. I make it a habit not to pay for anything on the internet except goods and services from companies with whom I have a history. So luckily I have not given any credit card information, though I know they will be fishing for it next.
I have been doing some homework, and when I receive their callback today I will be letting them know I am not interested.
I just got my callback. I explained it all felt good yesterday, but today after doing some research I have decided not to get involved. In fact I told them I was in the process of typing up my research to make it available to others. The caller's response in a trembling voice, "Okay, have a nice day." Then they hung up. A big thank you to everyone who was willing to share your experiences so that I would not fall down the same rabbit hole.- Caller: Kendon Producitons

- PattiI, too, had a call from Kendon Productions. They have got to be stopped.
- AnnoyedI've told them I'm not interested, I've hung up on them when they call me and even call back to tell them to take my name off their list. All I get is a busy signal. And they still continue to call me. It's not everyday or all day long, but it's very annoying to get calls from these type of so-called companies because I know they are nothing but scammers. I don't fall for anything from anyone of them. Better safe than sorry...
BTW - this number that has called me, they claim to represent Visa/Mastercard. I don't know the details as for what they are trying to sell or offer, and don't care to know. What part of "I'm not interested" do they not understand?- Call type: Telemarketer
- JJ replies to Former Kendon EmployeeDon Johnson of Kendon Productions took my poor mother for over $15,000 by telling her she would get rich on the internet. She hasn't a clue of what she bought. She now has to pay of this credit card debt with her meager pension funds.
- JJ replies to jlThank you for posting this. Unfortunately my mother got taken for over $15,000 by this F*ng [***], Don Johnson of Kendon Productions before I found out about it and checked.
