I called her back to ask why she hung up on me and she did it again. She is an extremely unprofessional person and I would never buy anything that she is selling...

    Claiming that they need to speak to the owner because of merchant service changes. I told them that I set up the account so he wouldn't know anything about it. She said she need to talk to him and was trying to give me a reference number to call back. Then I said I am a signer on the bank account, doesn't that mean anything? She said "actually no, it doesn't." So I said "what's the name of your company?" I got disconnected. At this point I had her name which she said was Moesha Jones. I called the number back and could tell it was the same voice . She answered and asked for my reference number. I said "Actually I don't have a reference number, but I was just talking to you and I got disconnected when I asked what the name of your company is." She hung up on me again! So, I called back and immediately got forwarded to  voicemail. This happened twice, so the second time I left her a concise voicemail letting her know that I know she is not our merchant service company and it was rude of her to hang up when I asked her company name and to not call our company. This is obviously a SCAM. STAY AWAY !!

    A man (not gentleman) called and stated he was a national registry for merchant services. When I realized he did not represent my merchant services I told him I was not interested. He called back and again I said I was not interested and hung up. He called five more times. Each time I hung up on him. I also informed him on the first call that the number he called on was a "do not call" number. Obviously he is a very persistent and obnoxious telemarketer that I would love to shut down.

    Kevin called from National Interchange "regarding recent changes to our merchant service account."
    When I said that we haven't made any changes to the account he said, "I didn't say you made any changes."
    I replied, "well, that's what you just said."  
    He replied, "I never said that we made any changes to your merchant service account."
    So, I asked, "Then what is your call regarding?"
    He said, "Changes that went into effect on the 2nd for your merchant service account."
    I asked to speak with his supervisor and he replied that he wanted to talk to my supervisor.  I told him that I am the supervisor.
    Went round and round with this guy. At one point he told me that I didn't know what I was talking about.  I just kept asking for his supervisor.

    Julie Called from National Interchange basically demanding to speak with the owner and she could not speak to anyone else regarding this urgent matter.  When asked if this was a sales call she denied this and requested me to take down a reference #.

    Chris called, asked for the former doctor that owned this practice. I told him he was no longer here that there was a new doctor. He asked to speak to him. I asked my husband (the new doctor) if he was familiar with either Priority Notifications or the Chris that was calling. He said no. So I asked Chris what this was regarding and he said our merchant service account. I told him that he wasn't our merchant service provider and he said that he knew I was screening the call but really needed to speak to the new owner. Went on very rudely to inform me that this call had nothing to do with me and that he had to talk to the doctor. At that point I told him that it had everything to do with me as I am also the new owner. He asked me for my first and last name to verify that he was able to talk to me and when I refused to give it he completely lost it!  Began yelling at me that I wasn't doing my job that it was my job to tell him when he called that I was also an owner! Really? I admittedly hung up on him as I don't believe it appropriate for someone trying to yell at me at my place of business when trying to sell me something. I hung up on him 4 times, yet he called back every time!  He even went so far as to tell me he had to speak to someone else because he couldn't talk to me. So, I told him that he was harassing me and I was going to call the police. He still didn't give up! I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said he was the supervisor. I said I still wanted to speak to his supervisor and he continued to yell at me.  I had a patient walk in so again hung up on him.

    After things slowed down a bit, I tried calling the number that had shown up on my caller id.  Unfortunately, it went directly to his voicemail rather than a generic company line. Naturally, I hung up.  Believe it or not, this guy still called me back saying he had missed a call from my number! I told him it was a misdial (I obviously didn't want to speak to him!). He very rudely said no, it's not, that someone called and he had to speak to them. He asked for a reference number and I told him I didn't have one. So he went to look me up, asked again for the previous doctor, then realization hit when I told him he was no longer here.  Before he could start yelling again, I hung up on him.

    I suggest that anyone who receives a harassing phone call from this company to report them to the FCC as I am going to do right now.

    I received a call from April Hill at this number.  She kept insisting to speak to the owner about changes to our merchant account.  I attempted to inform her that I am the one she needed to speak to but she kept on with her scam...without success !  I knew it was a scam as soon as she started talking.
