Our office gets frequent calls from this number. Like once a week at least. At first I though it was a serious call. But our office manager says it's a marketing call and to not worry about it. They called again today at 10:00AM. Nicky said she was from merchant services from Nation Interchange and that she wants to talk to the owner. Something about risk matrix. Our credit card machine is through Wells Fargo. These people call too much!

This  "National merchant" is nothing more than a unsolicited sales call from a call center- and the person "Nickie" was very rude.

Caller (Nikki) said they were calling about the company merchant account and left a reference number as if there was an issue.  In reality, it was a sales call about merchant processing.  When you return the call, you get her direct line voicemail.

This is a very rude caller.  Don't give her any personal information and just hang up.

We received a call from Jessica Gonzales saying she was from Merchant Services with very important information and she demanded to talk to the owner of the company.  This is not who we use as our Merchant Service processor so I'm sure it is just a telemarketing scam to try and get somebody on the phone to talk to them.

Same experience, Jessica, demanding to speak to owner, when told no asked why not.  Rude.  Left reference number - annoying waste of time

Caller very rude, asked for owner of company, when asked if they have done business with us before, she said no.
This caller was actually eating while trying to get to the owner of the company.

Same here, the person refused to tell me the name of her company, only that she needs to talk to the owner.
I appreciate everyones' comments, now I know what this is all about.

Same here.  A merchant rep who called herself Anna and this time she needed to talk to the owner about a change to banking regulations.  I told her to put us on her do not call list and she said they didn't have one.  I told her to create one.  She then told me that I was interfering with banking regulations and she needed to talk to the owner.  When I again told her to put us on her do not call list she hung up.
