Calls and leaves no message. Other DB says it's spam

Called three times in the space of three minutes.  That spells spam to me.

They offer help in obtaining SS Disability Benefits

Scam.  If you want to apply for SS benefits, simply go down to your SS office and
apply for them.  You'll be given all the forms you need and there is an advisor who
will discuss the matter with you.  No need to pay anyone anything.

The caller is on a recorded line and hangs up before you can answer

Number calls multiple times a day and from 2 other numbers in the area but I think they are random number generators for the ID. Same recorded message states they are a automated adviser then cuts itself off and disconnects in the same place every time. I have received 2 to 3 calls a day for 2 weeks now from this place coming in from different numbers. This number was just the latest of the calls today and they called 2x in 5 minutes.
