I received a call from 602-641-5239. The person who was on the phone wouldn’t mention the reason they were calling while asking for someone I know by name. Sometimes scammers will try this trick to fool victims into confirming private information such as names, addresses, healthcare service providers and anything really that you don’t want scammers to know about. Anyway. As I repeatedly ask why they were calling, they hung up on me. Oh well.

I would be more prone to designating this as a fake debt collector/process server call than anything that you included in your post.
