It is another call from Adobe Carpet CL, I now have 3 from them and they need to be reported.

We regularly monitor these types of sites for these types of issues.  We sincerely want to tag all numbers as do not call if on the DNC list or if requested personally.  No system is perfect and sometimes there are oversights and just plain old-fashioned glitches.   In a day and age where nobody talks to anyone anymore and communicate purely through either text messages or email.  Getting in sinc can sometimes prove challenging.  So, if you get an unwanted call from us, please let us know in real time so that we can identify and correct the problem immediately.

We are human, and sometimes make mistakes that are caused by human error.  Doesn't mean we want to ignore your no call request.

 I would like to believe your organization is that diligent in removing ones number from your
call list. I just got a call from Adobe not 5 minutes ago and it was another hang up. I asked two
weeks ago to be removed from your list after numerous calls from your organization the girl assured
me that I would be removed and guess what. I now have a list of dates and times of all the calls
we have received from you and now it is time for action. I just verified the following information
with your receptionist and I will gladly be showing you my list of dates and calls in COURT.

I called and asked to have my name and number removed and Adobe Carpet still calls.  I made an appointment but told the Rep I never called when he arrived. :-)  I had to waste their time and money after all their repeated calls.  I hear some people use SpoofCard and you can spoof the number you are calling from. It would be funny to make several appointments with them and send their fleet of trucks and carpet cleaners all over town wasting their gas and having no work to do.

I just got another call from Adobe Carpet cleaning. I average about a half dozen calls a month from this company who apparently believes that cold call telemarketing to people on the Federal Do Not Call list is the most effective way to promote their business. The calls originate from at least a half dozen different numbers. The pathetic response above from their "manager" is proof that if you can't spell, have trouble writing a complete sentence and use double negatives which results in saying the opposite of what you mean, you can always get a job as manager of a carpet cleaning company which has double digit complaints from the Phoenix Better Business Bureau.

I got a call from 602-749-8447  3/5/2015  9:10AM  from 'Adobe Carpet Cl' per CID, did not answer as am on DNC list & Not interested in carpet cleaning, so did not 'verify' ID of caller.
No msg. left on ans. mach. (answers on 5th ring, think it rang 4 times).
Will contact manager above & probably include above responses, see what kind of response I get.
NOTE: looking at Adobes' website per link above - it does show the 266-6955 # (sys 24 hrs)
but not the 602-749-8447 that showed up on CID.

Received your email regarding a call to your number.  As it happens,
this is the third day we are calling from our newly acquired list that
has been scrubbed with the DNC no call list.  I am surprised that any
number appearing on the list has been called.  I can not verify that
your number appears on our no call scrub because your number
was not provided.  However, with this information at the end of the
dayI will have the tech people scrub the list again and hopefully the
number in question will be found and tagged.

Because nothing is fail safe.  If you would like to ensure that your
number gets tagged properly.  Feel free to reply with your number
and I can guarantee that it will be tagged do not call.  This is the
only way I can verify and certify that the number is properly tagged
in our system.

Please allow overnight for the rerun to take place.

We are all human and make mistakes.  A missed key in the
scrubbing process could occur and might prevent a block of
numbers not to be tagged while deleting others that are not on
the list at all.  We take all this seriously and work hard to comply
with all requests.  We all respect your right to privacy and we
appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

This number comes through on a regular basis. IF you answer it, it is a hang up.

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number. For tracfone & straight talk:

For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code  “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.
