The ?representative? they sent to my house was actually nothing more than rude high pressure salesman. When we decided not to have our carpet cleaned and stretched because their estimate was ridiculously high he became extremely rude and demanded a thirty dollar ?Trip fee?. It had been agreed during our previous phone call that there would be no charge for the estimate.

When we refused to pay the thirty dollars this guy actually threatened my family members with physical violence. He in fact told us that he would be looking for us outside.

These people should not only be put out of business, they should be put in jail.

Next time they call go ahead and make an appointment - waste their time by having them come to your house then don't answer the door !

have never had a company come in and do such a crappy job on my carpets. They got here 45 mins late and spent a total of maybe ten minutes cleaning the carpets. Who does it that fast? Needless to say, my carpets are still dirty and I'm totally unhappy with the service. A big red flag when you constantly have to badger people over the phone to use your service. I will never use them again.

We have received sales calls from this company for years, despite never doing business with them before and having our number on the Do Not Call List. Every time they call, which is usually after 8:00pm, we politely tell them we're not interested and to please take our number off of their call list. The response is always "Okay". Yet we contitue to get calls. If this is an indication of they way they conduct their business, there is no way we would ever utilize their services or recommend them to anyone we know.

I used Adobe once and they cleaned the carpet ok, but their deceptive tactics caused the final price to be more than 3 times what we expected. Make sure you get a price in writing before they start without all the unnecessary add ons that jack up the price. Also, after you use them once they will never stop calling to clean your carpet again no matter how many times you say no and ask them to stop calling.

I've never used this company and wouldn't, simply because of their illegal phone tactics. If this is how they conduct business, I can imagine what kind of work they must do.... I've been on the No Call List for three years, but apparently it makes no difference to Adobe Carpet Cleaning. I've just made a complaint to the people at the No Call List website. Hopefully the calls will stop. (?) Not the way to run a business..........

I have had the same trouble with these calls despite being on the do not call list. I wil report them to the FTC tonight as i'm sick of it. I'd never use their service.

These are SICK people!  Who can help stop this barrage of telephone rudeness?

I have reported them twice to the FTC. They've been calling me for years. They use about six to eight different phone numbers.602-749-1675, 602-749-8452, 602-749-1679, 602-749-8446 are the 4 numbers that harrass me regularly. I had to get a special app just to block them from calling. When any of those numbers call the phone just hangs up on them. I don't even get bothered anymore. I get a notice that they called so I can report the date and time to the FTC, which I have done. When they get smart and use a new phone number, I tell them stop calling and they block it. Then I got and report that phone number to the FTC. They already been in hot water with the State of Arizona so they need to watch their butts.

This is a well known tele scammer in Phoenix.  It looks as though they have cranked up the phones again to bother us.

I can hardly believe there is a seven-year old complaint here - and they're still calling?  The Do Not Call List means nothing and the Arizona Attorney General does not act.

Disappointing.
