- Frank RizzoCalls and trys to threaten callers into buying ink cartridges.
- Caller: ink and toner replacement
- TexasGal| 1 replyCalls routinely, leaves no message. Very annoying, even more so to read these posts which indicate that they are trying to call businesses and this is a home phone. We are on all DNC lists.
- Another annoyed, angry "victim" replies to ConcernedTechI received yet another unwanted call from these morons. I decided to contact the BBB. This company is based out of Nevada. When I pulled up the Assoicated Supply Co. site, "Ken" the Director of Administration popped up in an online chat box. Inquiring how he could help, I informed him that I was filing a complaint with the BBB as we spoke. After reassuring me that he would stop the calls during our 32 minute chat, I got this information from him:
Me: 11:53 AM
and at what number would I reach you? I googled the phone number that called me and read the negative comments here: https://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-602-773-2750
Associated Supply: 11:54 AM
I am in our corporate office 800-345-9072 ext 114 That call came from my phoenix office and I am on the line with them now having them put the number on block so it cannot be dialed from our office
....
Me: 11:56 AM
Thank you Ken. I look forward to not being harassed any longer by your sales people
Associated Supply: 11:56 AM
Thank you and I again am sorry for any inconvenience.
Me: 12:02 PM
Thank you. And it is a tremendous inconvenience, not only to be harassed by the unwanted calls handled by rude representatives, but to also be forced to take more drastic measures like submitting the complaint through the BBB.
I find it difficult to believe that the people who respond to the ad for employment starting at $10.00/hr, are brought on board as already this doggedly persistent and rude.
I would imagine that the buck stops somewhere up the ladder with a trainer or manager who instructs the new recruits in how to be so boldly aggressive. It's one thing to counter conversation stoppers with additional sales information, but it's another thing altogether to rudely attack the very person you're trying to "woo" into becoming a customer. What happened to attracting flies to honey? Everyone I've dealt with at your company has been more like vinegar. And I don't know of anyone who would prefer that flavor! - Another angry, annoyed "victim" replies to TawnaI received yet another unwanted call from these morons. I decided to contact the BBB. I also filed a complaint with the Nevada Better Business Bureau. For any future irritated victims, here again is the direct contact number I was given to HOPEFULLY get our name off their harassing call list:
Associated Supply: 11:50 AM

- ggg replies to lassiterAlways a pleasure to hear from shills!
- CA Notary ServicesWe have received several calls from this company (printer and copy supplies). Their sales staff is well trained in high pressure sales tactics. Their pitch is not bad, no clue if their product or services are any good. The second that you start showing resistance, they start becoming very aggressive and basically questioning your decision making abilities....Like a bully teasing ...your dumb for not listening, or not wanting to save $$$ (paraphrased). Bottom line, they will keep you on the phone, start nice, then start to degrade you until you are shamed into buying, or until you flat out are driven to become aggressive yourself. When asked to have them take us off their list, they refused, saying because we are registered as a business, they cannot do that. Their tactics alone are enough to never even want to try their product!!!

- JanThe person who called me, on a private personal number mind you, was very rude. I repeatedly told him as nicely as possible that I wasn’t interested in their ink and toner, since I am able to get a WAY better deal with a local wholesaler--a fact they attempted to discredit. Finally, I told them that they would need to talk to our financial officer (my husband) to which he replied, “Oh, then why am I wasting my time with you?” I told him that although I ultimately make the decision, his input is required—but before I could even finish, he hung up. VERY RUDE AND VERY AGGRESSIVE. Ignore these people like the plague!

- overitSome woman just called and spoke loud and fast. Said her name and wanted to know my name. I did not give her my name and asked what this was in reference to. I have heard of these scams, they want your name and if you answer a question with a 'yes' they will edit the conversation and make it look like you are ordering the product (in this case toner, etc.) and will bill your company a huge amount. They hope it is a large company so when the bill comes in nobody will think anything of it but if it's a small company....BEWARE!!! Do not fall for this!!!

- Forever answering sales calls...Received a call from this number this morning. She spoke very fast, told me her name, and asked to whomever was in charge of ordering the supplies for the copier. Told her that was me, and she went on with her sales spill and I had to break in to tell her that I didn't need her services. She asked me one more question and hung up. She wasn't rude and that is the first time they have called here.
