Keep getting calls from this number. I don't answer numbers I don't recognize. Caller Id says out of area. They don't leave a message.

Kept getting calls - don't answer them.  Tried reverse lookup and got the location but nothing else.  Typed in the phone number in my search engine and found this site.  Lots of info - thanks to everyone.  I added them to my call rejection list.

I just spent the last 10 mins tying up their phone lines by calling them and asking them not to call. each time they would hang up. its a free call for me on my cell i just use *67 so they cant call back. It may sound childish but if we the people can cripple their phone lines for just a short time they might or might not stop what they are doing. It sounds like they are currently under investigation by the Arizona AG's office. Also if you do wind up looking at the blogs here there are lots of good contact info to report these scumbags, so please REPORT them they can and will recieve fines for their actions.

Eagle American is run by a guy named Don Burkhardt, who's operated several different Kirby distributorships using different business names. His phone number is * 67 623-869-6444, just tell him his firefighter buddy sent you I left the guy pretty up set the last time I did what they do to the public.  ;)

ADK Marketing, they are located at 2953 Indian School Rd. Phoenix, Az 85017.  The main number is 1 602-526-9586 also 1 602-265-1268.  The owner's name is Cameron C. McDaniel. I just got off the phone with Mr. Cameron C. McDaniel at the 9586 number he informed me that he is in no way affiliated with Mr. Burkhardt. He was cordial and apologized for the call I received. Mr. Burkhardt was not and went as far as calling names that were extremly vulger. He does know Mr. burkhardt by name and seemed upset that the two were connected by this site. Either way both companies are violating the do notcall list.....

I am so glad I saw your post with a phone number to call so I could cancel my "carpet cleaning".  I was so stupid to fall for their speil!  I feel alot better now that it is cancelled.

"Teresa" called yesterday on behalf of RK Industries, said as part of their market research, they wanted to come vacuum 2 rooms, weren't selling anything, just wanted to get my evaluation.  After checking online, I called her number back to cancel (the 5594 number), and got the message that the answering device was full.  I tried calling several of the numbers I had found online: one was disconnected, at another a man answered and said they didn't do business in NM (he was at the 623- number).

I too had my number listed on the do-not-call list.

I'm calling my neighbor who is a nice young policeman to alert him to the scam.  We will not answer the door if they show up tomorrow.

Got a call from these bozos on my land line today (which is on the national Do Not Call list) from a happy sounding lady telling me that I was entered to win $1000 of groceries and I would be notified by phone and mail but I would have to buy food from it, nothing alcoholic. Right around that time I was able to get a word in edgewise and asked if she could put me on the do-not-call list. They disconnected me by the time I had finished my sentence. I put the number on my call blocking service now.

Said they would clean carpets at no cost. We would then rate service. hey never showed up.

Received call from this # - I do not answer if I don't recognize #. If they don't leave a message, I figure it's a sales call. If it's someone who really wants to talk to me, they will leave a message.

I got a call from RK Industries at 602-773-5590 yesterday but was busy so I did not pick up and thought that was the end of it. Not so lucky, apparently my 80 year old dementia suffering father answered the phone but I did not know that until today when a woman called, asked for my father by name, when I asked "who is this?" she said she was calling to finalize an appointment for carpet cleaning. I told her "that's OK, we don't want it. She said, she would call back and talk to him as he agreed to the cleaning....I told her, I got a bit flustered and said, "look my father has dementia" she had the nerve to say, "no he does not!" when I started to respond I realized she had hung up the phone. I immediately called back and each time the ringing phone would suddenly be disconnected like someone had picked up and hung up the phone. That happened 3 times and on the fourth attempt a machine picked up and I left a very clear message that if they called here again I would call the police. It sounds like this company handles much of their communication with the public by simply hanging up on them. WOW

Company is RK Industries, which has an F rating with the BBB for not responding to a complaint.  I asked who had entered me into the grocery drawing, they said a computer!  I'm on the do not call list, I'll be filing a complaint with the FTC (already done it at the BBB, which has a report which says they've had complaints like mine).

Got the call...fell for the ploy.  We won't be having anyone cleaning our carpets.  Any real place would allow you to call them back and cancel.  I guess they will waste gas getting here.

Yeah some group called KLM called me twice. This last time I informed the lady I am a PTSD sufferer who has severe anxiety issues with strangers in my home and to send these reps at their own risk. She hung up on me!!! lmao

My Grandmother received a call from these guys today. Her cat had just peed on the carpet a few days ago so she told them to go ahead and come over. I found this website and after reading some of the reviews decided it would be best if I were there. When they arrived, one gentleman came inside and told her in order to do a free cleaning she needed to listen to a sales spiel about their new machine. She bluntly told him she was not going to buy anything from them and that she would just like her carpets cleaned. Another gentleman came inside with his backpack and the new Kirby. I went outside to smoke a cigarette, and noticed that the truck they were in was a private vehicle that had no Kirby or RK Industries logos on it. I also noticed that the truck had an Arizona license plate that was completely covered by a poorly made and fake paper "dealers tag." The kind they put on a vehicle once it is sold from a dealership. That was flag number one. I sat in the living room while the "salesman" went on and on about how great this machine was and how they let the women design this one so it had everything you'd want. This went on the entire hour and a half to two hours the "salesman" was there, and my Grandmother told him every time she won't purchase anything from him. Now on to the main reason I am bothering to write a review. Once the "salesman" was done cleaning the two rooms he started cleaning the vacuum in the kitchen sink while I started moving furniture back in the living room. The "salesman" had left his backpack in the living room unzipped and on the couch, and given the sketchyness of the whole situation, I decided to take a peek. The "salesman" had a pistol with a magazine in it in his bag. Why does a vacuum "salesman" need a pistol? I seriously think these guys are casing houses to break into at a later date. I, unfortunately, do not remember the "salesman" name or I would post it. I do, however, have a picture of the "salesman" and the vehicle they were using.

I used to work for these creeps. I didn't know it at the time, but most of their salesmen have criminal records, MANY of them for sex crimes. I got FIRED because the supervisor made a pass at me, and I pushed him off. Going to the EEOC was a big fat joke. They practically want a video tape and a signed confession before they will do anything.

Hey Kirbyman, I was FIRED from your company when the supervisor made a pass at me and I pushed him off. When I went in to pick up my last check, (there were two) they tried to give me the one for $20 and tried to make me sign a paper stating I had picked up ALL my wages. They didn't hand over the check for $220 until after I threatened to call the Glendale Police Department. You're ALL a bunch of crooks, and I hope you choke to death.
