Call with no message when not answered.  Person answers number dialed with Medicare Health Solutions.  Assume it is a telemarketing center because when I told the person to stop calling my Do Not Call Listed Number she said she couldn't do that unless I gave her my name and number.  I told her I didn't give anyone I didn't know any personal info over the phone and that she sounded like a scammer to me.  She then said she could assure me she was not a scammer.  I told her to take my number off her list and hung up.  Will see if she calls again from that number.  I can't block but I can give her a ring tone I don't answer.
