Me and my coworker  got two calls on two different telus numbers, same thing, "This prise available for telus customers only, please press one to claim your prise"

just got a call from this # at 6:40pm, on my rogers cell

.....(continued)... missed call, no message, not calling back.

received a missed call on my cellphone. I googled it as it was not listed in my cell directory and found this site.

Just got the call. Male voice stating I won a prize. Press 1 to claim

Investigated on whitepages. # is unpublished and off of verizon network. Called verizon complaint line. They thanked and said would be addressing the situation as they've gotten other complains. That was a few days ago and the # is now disco.

Just got the same missed call, as per the previous comments, seems the one thing some of us have in common is the fake warranty renewal calls...that could be where they're getting our phone info from. Anyone else have the same two similarities?

Also, if you could post what city you are from, it might help narrow down who is giving our info out.

They called me from this number yesterday saying I'd won a prize.  They called me today from 530-350-4553.  I've notified Telus about both calls and hope that they can figure out a way to stop them.  Right now I'm thinking that the only way to stop them would be to change my number but they're sure to find me again.  I think everyone who gets these calls should notify their phone company each time.  I know it's not their fault it's happening, but if they have enough complaints it might motivate them to work harder to put a stop to them.

got a call bu my cellphone from this number at 17:34 May 12 2009 EST, I picked it up since I was driving and did not check the number. It said somthing begins with congratulations and I hung it up.

Yea i got a call from 603-239-9977 yesterday may 12th. I didn't pick up but i dont know anyone in New Hampshire. Is this some sort of scam? Cuz there seems to be alot of complaints about this number.

I received the call from - 6032399977 - on May 13, 2009 around 5pm.  I use Bell, and they said "This prize is for Bell customers only" and i am a bell customer.  I didn't press 1 to continue, because i don't think i would have been able to speak with a real human being, and actually figure out how they called me, why they called me, and how i can reach their head office so that i can plaster their [***] for disturbing the peace, oh and i can do that actually, i'll add their information to the internet for Abusing Privacy, Stealing Phone Numbers, Disturbing the Peace, Cheating, etc...  And no, i do not have a grudge, i just think someone should do something about it.
Caller ID stated : From New Hampshire.

Same stuff telus only and I do not use telus.Where do they get the numbers???
