I got a call for it today, 2/3/09, and they didnt leave a message. Didn't answer it. I think it is a scammer.

Caller said she was calling from St. Louis Post Dispatch, which is a newspaper I subscribe to. She asked if we are happy with the paper and are receiving it on time. Then she asked if we received our renewal notice, but whether we did or not, she could renew it over the phone using my credit card number. I, of course, declined.

I hadn't checked my caller ID until I got off the phone and then saw the call was from NH. I'm going to call the newspaper and report this.

I receive a call from this number, but I did not answer, from what I heard from here, this is a local newspaper and I live in Seattle, I did not sign up for any newspaper

Answered the call and it was an educators service.  I told them to place my number on the DO-NOT CALL List.  Also,  After 20 some years on computers I have NEVER killed in anything that was a web-based ad UNTIL the other day.  I clicked on and ad on POGO.COM and put my number on it.  My Bad.

I received a phone call from phone number 603-244-3973 at 7:44 PM CST on 3/24/09; this number is unknown to me. I answered, and no one spoke to me, so I hung up.

Are they all the same scam? Got calls from these three numbers.......205-409-3236       978-416-9520        603-244-3973     My area code is 412        I am also on no call list!

i just received a call from this number, they asked for me...i just told them they had the wrong number...i didn't bother to ask why they were calling...i live in ohio?

This number calls repeatedly thru-out the day, EVERY DAY!!! Annoying as hell considering i don't have a newspaper account nor have i ordered anything. People, please disconnect/block this number.

Call came at 11:30 am from this # Let a-machine pick up, put as soon as it did they hung up and left no message. I work grave yard shift and sleep during the day and these calls disrupt my sleep. we are on the do not call list.

This number has called 3 times today. I don't answer numbers I don't know and they don't leave a message. Make it stop... please?

I got a call from this number.  Called it back and it was a newspaper organization checking to make sure that I had started to receive the newspaper service that I ordered.

Yep they called me a couple of times and I have zero clue who this is!  I am not about to listen to douche' bags I do not know calling me.  You want to call leave a message, no message no call back!

Received call today, didn't answer, no message left on ans. machine. Several days ago received call from 205-409-3236.

I recently signed up for a local newspaper in SC.

I received a call from this number yesterday and 707-222-8149 today. Probably a scam. Don't give them any personal info if someone talks to you.
