The number 603-363-1021 if I am correct is a collection company used by AT&T from what
I recall, as other people have stated this CCS Offices.com usually never leaves a message
and has called early in the morning right up to 9 PM. at night which is wrong, no matter what
they say is aloud. Let them call your local senators or congress let them take those calls
and deal with them like that in the evening and worse yet being ill in bed. they need the experience.

Now today I came home and there was a message from CCS offering to reduce the amount owing but I must call by a certain time today, so please return the call ASAP. I do not owe them anything
and this is just another way of bilking people out of thier money that most of us don't have.

these guys just called like they have a million times before.  I picked up this time.  It was a recording, and the name they said it was for was not within a country mile of mine.  They gave the offer to settle and the file number and all that.

Let me start by saying, about two weeks ago, I called Liberty Mutual for an auto quote.  I had had them in the past, and switched to Allstate about 5 years ago.   I switched back two weeks ago because my homeowners had skyrocketed and I got a better rate from Liberty.  Keep in mind, I had been with them before... and to my knowledge, when I left, I had NO OUTSTANDING DEBT to them.     I got my quote in mid-April and on 4/23 signed up with Liberty again.  Suspiciously in today's mail are two letters stating I owe Liberty Mutual money.  The bills had this number on them and were from Credit Collection Services.   Why would my new insurance company even sign me up if I had a past due bill... especially when I just paid my auto insurance in full?   Is this legit?  Not sure, waiting for my agent to call me back.  If it is, I'm glad I didn't cancel with Allstate just yet, because this is unacceptable! By the way, this is NOT on my credit report.   I recently paid off two debts in collections and trust me, I've been watching my reports like a hawk!

    What? replies to Confused
In the mail I received a "Settlement Agreement" (This is a status update.)  saying my husband owed money to Liberty Mutual.  My husband had two strokes a year and a half ago and I had to take over the bill paying and this is the first time I heard or saw anything about this.  I have since had some calls come in from CCS Services but they never leave a message.  I have been told by many that this is yet another scam.  So far I am just not doing anything because we are  on a very limited income and I just have no extra money.
