A scammer, (who is spoofing a NH high school caller ID), is attempting to selling alarm contracts and also claiming to be representing GE.  Is Jack Welsh behind this?

More creative scammers change the spoofed caller ID frequently.

Third scam number today--Didn't answer

called my home phone today in the afternoon. No message was left and I did not answer the call because I didn't know who was calling. Came up as Manchester NH on the caller ID.

received today (11/4/2015) in Memphis - alarm system - CID = unknown name, FREE if you agree to small sign

First time called-I didn't answer as I didn't recognize the # & figured it was probably a scam phone call.

603-413-2340, they constantly call and hang up.  very annoying to us.  we never asked them to call so we feel like it is an invasion of our privacy.  especially when they call in the evenings.  after a long day at the office, harrassing phone call is not wanted.  weekends are just as bad.  some will call on a sunday.  it is against the law to bother you on sundays.  i think we should get their personal phone numbers and call them and constantly harrass them.  give them a taste of their own medicine.  better yet, arrest them and keep them in jail.  i have a running list of over 200 solicitor phone numbers and would like to turn it over to the right agency that will do something about the calls and make them stop.  i do not use the "do not call list" because i believe the list gets sold to the solicitor companies.

Bogus baloney call from a crook and scammer. If people would never buy from these fools they would stop callings so QUIT BUYING FROM THEM!

You can't turn them over to the Government because they have groups that lobby and pay Congress a lot of money to let them continue to ruin our lives and invade our privacy.

Well until tin foil goes on sale again, and we all love a conspiracy, millions of Americans are being called by foreign 3rd world criminals spoofing (faking) their caller ID. From extortion, to ID theft, and everything in between. Call up the Prime Minister of India & give him a right talking to. Highly effective, no doubt.

I pick up and quickly hang up after two rings. This mimics call blocking. They they eventually call back from another fake number. Rinse and repeat. They'll never win!

Picked up my phone after 3 rings, said hello, no answer. Then tasty hummus started flowing out of my phone. WTF, right?

Actually, the security business is run by a division of United Technologies.  They license the rights to use the name & Logo from GE.
Other than the licensing agreement, GE has no connection to the business.

I have received several calls from this unknown number.

Called me and didn't leave a message - will block these fools.
