can you be charged for this?

I had just posted asking if I could be charged for this. I actually noticed that my kid had called the number when I looked at the call summary online. The summary doesn't outline any charges, so I won't know until next month what the charges are. I do know that at the very least it's a long distance number. Has anyone had any actual issues after calling this. Either way I'm upset. You should never call a strange number. There are numbers out there where if you call them and press a number you allow people to access your phone number and make long distance - even international calls via your phone and phone bill...
