I have an 800+ credit score, and some scumbag  named "Michael D" from "AFS?" keeps calling and harassing me at home, via my cell phone, even at work!    "Michael" keeps asking if I have my "Legal Team" in place for our fight in court..."Legal Team?"  Maybe this clown has me confused with O.J., I'm not sure.

SCAM ALERT!  "Michael D" will try to extract all of your vitals - Social Security Number, birthdate, annual income, how long you have been at your current job, your title, personal references.  Hmmm, sounds like "Michael D" is wanting to take out a loan on your dime!  Scum of the earth, and for all of you that have had the displeasure of dealing with him, you know what I mean.

I just got a call said I had a loan from Bayside Loans! Never received a loan from that company in 2013!
Told them to send a letter!
A legitimate collection company will not
call you by phone to collect money ! They will send a letter first!
