  I appreciate the manor in which you've brought this to my attention. I certainly can understand your frustration with the situation you've described to me, and assure you that our intent is not to pester or harass you.
  Our representatives our trained in "getting to the heart of the matter"; as most people assume that we
are either bill collectors or salesman of one variety or another. It would be a disservice to deny any customer their rightful gift package due to incorrect assumptions on their part. We actually used to use a "toll free number", but changed it to our local line due to the confusion customers made thinking we were solicitors.
   For future reference, in the event you get any unwanted calls from us please insist to speak to a manager (preferably myself) immediately, and I will ensure that you are taken care of.

Hey not a bad idea! It used to be when I had extra money and wanted somebody to steal it, I had to go downtown in the middle of the night and hope to get mugged. So you're saying I can have the same service performed by phone at my convenience?

I've been getting calls from this number for 5 days a week for approximately 3 + months.
I'm really getting sick of it!!!! Sometimes leaving messages saying that I had signed up for and had won a contest at a Lady Antebellum concert.  I have never been to a Lady Antebellum concert!!!!

We got the same message.   Won 4 tix anywhere because we entered a raffle at the fish/hunting expo in Rockingham.  I suspected it was a time share scam and now that I see all these posts, I know it is....  Their website clearly states they are a travel marketing firm....

Justin - the problem is that your telemarketers are not forthcoming or honest in the messages that they are leaving.  They should state where they are calling from and that they can offer free tickets if people are willing to attend a presentation. You'll get a much more positive reaction.  Rather than trying to deceive people, try a little honesty....

call the number 603-718-1050 and ask them to remove you from their list and put you on their DO NOT CALL list.
