I am registered with the DoNotCall Registry and to complain you either need the phone number of the actual company or the company's name and since these people don't provide either (and calling back using the telemarketer number just yields a busy signal) you can't actually complain about them. It's so frustrating!

Come on people you can file a complaint with just the phone number showing on the caller ID. I always go to the FTC website after checking out the numbers here - I file a complaint under the other category/unknown caller and give their phone number. I also always give my info, and that way I get an email confirmation that I keep in a separate folder. I also have a phone number list that I can reference to when I get new numbers from which all these scumbags call. Complaints will help. They have gotten my home number, cell number, and now my magic jack number. There is no end in sight unless we all take that extra few minutes to file a complaint with the FTC...

yeah this number is the most recent in a long list of numbers calling me about my expiring warranty. really annoying.

Just got a call from this number on my cell phone. They did not leave a message

I get calls from this number at least once a week. I live in Hawaii and they call me crazy early in the morning. I don't even have a car.

I hate hate hate hate getting these calls, please someone, anyone, make it stop!

These people keep calling my work. It's not only my extention but a few different people in my department too. This is an automated car warrenty people, I keep talking to the representatives and tell them to remove me from their call list but they keep calling 2-3 times a week.

I'm currently at school and the number called me at 1:33pm, when I'm in a college class [I'm a high school senior, so answering the phone is prohibited.] It's annoying because I used to get the calls at home and now they're bothering me while I'm at school. It's enough that I never return calls from people I don't know especially when a message isn't left. I use my phone for emergency's, not some fake car warreny bullcrap. They seriously need to knock these people out of their jobs [who-ever sets up the automated calls]

I have received numerious calls under different numbers as well. Since no one can really trace who these people are maybe we can filter it down a little. My 2006 is a Subaru. If others are getting these "warranty" calls and own a Subaru then we can point a finger at Subaru as a starting point to put a stop to them. Curiousely wecome replies.

My cell is a pay as you go, and my car is over 10 years old and no longer under any warranty at all  I suspect these robocalls are intended to do one thing -- eat up tracphone minutes, so customers have to BUY more

I get sporadic calls from this number but I never pick it up because I don't know who it is. I figure if it's important, they'll leave a message. I always google or go to whitepages dot com to search a number I don't recognize (just in case I miss one that I do know). The whitepages listing for this number is Anna Evangelista in New Hampshire. I now realize, after reading the comments here, that it is a scam and definitely won't answer if they call again. I don't see how they can steal my identity if I don't answer or give them any info. They're just annoying.

I own a Mitsubishi so I don't think it's an acutal Subaru thing.  Also I bought my car at Blake Mitsubishi and bought the extended warranty with roadside assistance so maybe the company that underwites these warranties keeps you in a database to call back and offer an extenstion after it has run out.  If this is the case for those frustrated with the while "do not call" thing there is nothing you can really report because there is a loophole in the do not call list that says that anyone you have a business relationship with is exluded from the list and if you previously purchased a car or warranty with the company it means they have a prior established business relationship with you and you need to actually answer the call and talk to thier rep and ask them to remove you from their solicitation list. If you just ignore the call they aren't doing anything illegal by continuing to try and contact you.

No Message was left. But after reading the post on this website, I will not answer the caller. The only warranty (useless piece of paper), that I have is with ASC, in Arkansas.
