It sounded like a recorded voice, that said my name had been selected for something. ( I didn't pay attention as to what it was for). They said to push the # 3 to opt out, which I did and then I hung up.

This number called an Ontario, Canada number same comment as above, please call and report them every time as it time they call the fine increases! Never trust the telephone number to be a particular company as it can be even your own they put on your call display. Never press any buttons just hang up as each thing you do gives them more info on you!

This number called me, said they were 'Airmiles' and if I wanted to receive 260,000 free airmiles to press 1.

This is a fraud campaign currently active in Canada using a series of VOIP numbers.  The objective is to obtain your credit card number and drain your account.

If you attempt to "opt out" your number will be confirmed as live and added to a suckers list for repeated future calls.
