I am sick of people calling to look for someone that does not live in my area nor do I ever see them. They have this referral number from where???

They said they were calling on the behalf of capital one and then I hung up.

scam they want your birthday, full name and address. hahaha right, they said they have all that info already. then i say why you why you ask and they hangup

Kept getting calls. I blocked the number.

Why do they call so much? Do they believe someone is actually going to answer? I have this line specifically for these types of calls. The ringer stays off and I don't even know they are calling until i check the 900 messages of them speaking to my voicemail "hello, hello" No, not hello, goodbye. What a lazy ass job. They auto call the numbers and once they think someone answers, then they get on the line. what a joke!

Been there...done that!! It's a collection company. Just let it ring. If you pick it up just once. That will start an avalanche of calls for weeks!! Because now they know someone is HEARING all these calls. Prior to this, it was all guess work....

Have them calling me upwards of 5 times a day. I have nothing to do with Capital One and if it's not that, and just a collection agency, it is ILLEGAL to call more than once a day and against the LAW to call on Sunday's WHICH THIS NUMBER DOES! Enough!!

Funny, for a collection agency, they spend more money on constant, consecutive, coehersive long distance calling than they have collectively owing from customers LOL

Constant phoning. I put a joke tape on an old answering machine and run it for nuisance calls.

They have called 13 times in 7 days for a debt that's at least 4 years old!  They consistently call more than legally allowed and ignore the rules/laws!

got numerous calls from this number. They pretend  they are from Revenue Canada and are issuing  a warrant in  our arrest unless we call back this is the number they call from 604-296 5698 but they want you to call back at these numbers 613-499-3081 or 289-640-1569. I called the RCMP and they said don't call them back . They are Scamming people out of money. Beware!

Capital one is a garbage company. They are helping the vender not the consumer. They had be over me for the last 2 yrs plus to collect money which I didn't owe them. They hire the cheapest labor all east india or phillipino.

My wife gets daily calls, sometimes multiple calls asking for a "Mark Simon" from a alleged collection agency. This is the second number we've blocked. The jerks even messaged looking for a "Lorali Simon". Unfortunately my wife had deleted that message. They usually have an east-indian accent, apparently out of Burnaby....

It’s not illegal to call more than once a day. Company’s have the right to collect. Your correct about Sunday’s. but ever other day of the week they can call however many times their system will allow to click to dial

Repeated calls from this number, claiming to be with Capital One. However, "CBV" may be added. CBV Collections is a bogus scammer using both 800 & regular phone numbers. Block them, do not give ANY information if you do answer.
