I get a call from this number every day, I let it go into voice mail but they never leave a message.

I have the same experience except the calls are coming more than once per day.

They claim to be the CPA (Canadian Police Association) looking for money to support an anti-bullying campaign, but they are based in Toronto (with a Vancouver area code) and the man had an American accent and was quite pushy in asking for money.

This a scam do not give them no money call your police and ask them about this scam or Google this type off scams.

This guy claiming to be from the Canadian Police Association called wanting to collect money for an anti-bullying campaign. He had this long speech to try and pull at your heart strings, and when I asked where he was based out of, he said Toronto. He became very defensive when I began questioning him and pointing out the obvious. I pointed out that is he was calling from Toronto it would not display a BC number and that the police would NEVER solicit money over the phone. When he asked me how I would know, I told him that I was a member of the RCMP. He hung up.

Beware this a scam Google IRS scams

Scammer called yesterday. Reading off the same script about soliciting donations for an anit-bullying  campaign. He was pushy, and if I could have reached through the phone and smack him, I'd give him a good clip round the ear.

This is   Yellow page  &  FDR  scam  they pretended be police to scam for money....

I have received multiple calls (3) over 2 monthsfrom this number claiming calling from Canadian Police Association for an Anti-Bullying Campaign

I have received a number of calls at varying times of day or night. I never answer and no message is ever left.  I decided to answer just one cal and...yup...you guessed...Canadian Police Association looking for donations. I hung up! (y)
