Burial insurance scam robocall. "Attention residents, your state just announced a free life insurance benefit that pays for your unplanned funeral expenses, to learn more press the one key, press 9 to be removed from the list, press one for a quote now."

Suddenlink in my ID - this number is from South Dakota, which had another company with the same robo recording from 'Spectrum' : "Attention residents, your state just announced a free life insurance benefit that pays for your unplanned funeral expenses, to learn more press the one key, press 9 to be removed from the list, press one for a quote now."

I'm thinking the business name of Suddenlink was spoofed.
This number is listed under Mobile Spam, Scam Caller and is in an out of country telemarketing index.

It was definitely on an autodialer, but there was a person on the other end once I said hello twice. I did the usual and repeated "remove us from your list. remove us from your list. remove us from your list." She would not hang up. She said it was not a loan offer or a sales call. I said remove us from your list, I'm sorry you have to do this for a job, but find a different job. Remove us from your list." She said "you could show a little kindness". Then hung up. The irony.
