Unsolicited Fax Violation
This company is in clear violation of the Federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991 and the Junk Fax Prevention Act. Sending unsolicited fax advertisements without prior express permission is illegal, and this conduct will not be ignored.
I will be filing formal complaints with the FCC and the Indiana Attorney General and will pursue all remedies available under the law.
Under both Indiana and federal law, an unsolicited advertisement is any material promoting the commercial availability or quality of property, goods, or services that is transmitted without the recipient’s prior express invitation or permission. Your actions meet this definition and constitute a direct violation.
