Caller ID indicated SCAM RISK. Recoded message claiming they're giving me a last chance to lower my Credit Card interest rate. This is about the millionth LAST CHANCE I've been given.

Google indicated phone number may belong to Citi Corp.

Telemarketing SCAM??!??

The caller ID says "Citibank SD", so it looks like a spoofing of a legitimate bank number.  I did not answer, but since I have been getting a lot of Visa  / Master Card "debt forgiveness" calls, I presume this was one of those calls again.  Nothing more than a phishing scam.

Called my landline but did not leave a message.  Caller ID said:  SCAM? Citibank

Yeah, they called me, too, but did not leave a message. Thanks to all for alerting me to the phishing message.

No question(s) the message is very clear that I have on my recording. I pay for my telephone, I did not ask or tell them to call my phone, maybe a MAP can direct them to their nearest JAIL!!!!!!!!$

Left a message on my phone. They did not identify themselves. It just asked if I wanted to lower my interest rate. I honestly don’t think Citibank would make a phone call like that. In 40 years they’ve never called to offer me a lower interest-rate. Lol!
