they have called my cell phone, my daughter, sisters and dad's cell phone! ITS a scam!

called and threatened me saying I was going to be taken to court if I didn't contact this other number. I called them back on a different line and everytime I said stop scamming they hung up..lol I repeated the call several times and it was a different thing each time they said. It is all a scam

Keeps calling and threatening me and my daughters have no idea where they got their numbers from wont leave us alone.

My poor grandma called me last night scared to death because theses jerks left a message on her voicemail saying they were going to serve me and would be pursing legal matters. I called the number back and when I confronted them about being scammers the girl got pretty ghetto and told me If I got a lawyer, why I callin and wastin time talking to her. (good point though) lol. Anyways. I finally just blocked them, because they called me right back 5 minutes later. Grandma still worries that Im going to be arrested. sigh.

Calling my family making threatening calls. When I call them they refuse to give a name but threaten fraud arrest! When I demanded more info they became even worse. I just hung up.

Called me on November 22 saying that I owe money and I'm being taken to court for bank fraud. Advised that I don't owe money to anyone and I have received calls about this previously and it's not true. Told them to send me the court paperwork. They contacted my parents house phone yesterday and said I need to call them but didn't leave a number (haven't lived with my parents for almost 20 years). They then proceeded to call my mother's cell phone today and said that I owe money and she was used as a reference. She asked what it was in reference to and they guy got mad at her and hung up the phone.

1st 605-413-1500 called my daughter to state I was under investigation, and a matter came across their desk regarding SEVERAL pending matters. I, then received a call stating the same recorded message. I called back, asked every question known to man about the "SEVERAL MATTERS". When I asked for a call back number to give to a legal representative, they hung up.

Left msg on my phone for some one else. I know that person but do not associate with them in over 10 years. Why do they think my newest cell is that person's?

Rude scam artists. Harassing me and my elderly mother. They won't tell me who the creditor supposedly is, and claim they don't have to send a validation of debt letter.

Technically, they are right.  Debt validation letters must be requested in writing, preferably by certified, return receipt mail.  What they must send you is what we call the "dunning" letter.  That is detailed in my post on page 2.  Don't expect that either from these crooks, but it would be helpful for you to report them to the two agencies I have listed in the aforementioned post.

Said I was going to be arrested for bank fraud!!!  Scam!!!!!!!!!!!!

They have my information and told me that I owe money. They have my social security number also

They called my phone and I rejected the call. A few hours later they called my mother and told her there was a judgement against me and they would be contacting my job. They left  a phone number and case number. I check my credit report often checking for discrepancies and I have no judgements against me and if they were going to call my employer they would have by now if they actually had the number instead of calling other people looking for me. I told my mom to block the number. My guess is they have purchased a very old account and are trying to collect on it.... Good luck with that!

they called me and left a VM with a case number stating similar things as above, that there would be warrants issued and this was the final warning.  They never said the name of who they were looking for.  I called the number back and asked how they got my number.  The man asked if i knew some undecipherable name.  When i said no, he siad he would remove my number from the list.  Caller ID came up as Bob Evans.

These bottom feeders called me said i was going to be arrested and lose custody of my kids if i didnt pay a debt i dont owe. I have never in my life had a payday loan. They rattled off a address i lived at in 2005 and said they are going to freeze my chase bank account. The funny part is i have never banked with chase lol as soon as i asked for a company address he got very upset and hung up on me screaming “we will have the sheriff pick me up  tomorrow “ Well it’s been two days in this year because of showed up what a scam I wonder why no one’s able to trace this company your number down and lock them up or they must be out the country

Why can't we find them?  Well for starters they are using a fake company name.  Then they spoof numbers.  If someone could get an address out of them it might help, although in most cases they use a Regus or UPS store as an address.
