Call came in as “Likely Scam”. Left no voice message.

This person calling my cell phone, repetitively.  He keeps asking for Neil and we keep telling him over and over again that there is no one here by the name of the Neil.  This is definitely harassment.  Can he not understand and stop calling this a number there is no meal here.  I used another cell phone and called him right back, and he answered, he hung up immediately and I called back again and an automated voice said this number has been disconnected.  I wonder if he's doing VOIP, (voice over Internet protocol) ?  He acts like a young kid, because when I called him back I scared him, and he thought he was just about to get caught.

I keep getting a call from a business call auto warranty and they call me from a different number each time. They ask if you want to opt out of their calling list and I always say yes but still call me everyday about 5 times a day different phone number. I gett where I can't even answer my phone anymore and that's bad because would if it's someone important and I miss that call because of them? Changed my number and somehow they get it again. Can't block the number because so many different ones. How to stop this BS?

left a voicemail regarding "my order".  I called the number back and a foreign person told me I was calling Amazon and wanted my name and account #......frickin thieves.

I got a text that said it was AMAZON confirming a bill for $1100.00.  Total scam.
