Answer, and all you get is dial tone. Caller I.D. identifies the caller as "PROCESSING."

I received a call from this number today. I did not answer it.

Both me and a friend of mine have received calls from this number in the past 24.  My caller ID also displayed "Processing".  I didn't answer.

Called but I didn't answer.  Caller left no message.

Just received call. When I answered the recording said they were calling to see if I qualify for a federally... Then disconnected.

Picked up - said hallo 3 time - no answer - seems to me to be a computer dial-up.

We've received several calls from this number with Progressive as caller ID.  The few we answered heard an automated woman's voice first asking how we were.  Hung up before hearing more.  Feb 12 2014 I answered and after she asked how I was I said they are in violation of FCC requirements and if they don't stop calling I will file a complaint.  The voice said she was sorry and the number will be removed from their calling list.  We'll see,

"Processing" on caller ID.  Caller gave up after five rings.

CallerID showed as 'V21319332200871' - yet when I got into the comcast call log it shows as 607-203-5608.  No message left.

Got a call from this number on 2/14/14 at about 4:56 pm Pacific Time.  Called ID - Processing.  I did not answer.  No message was left.

Received numerous calls from this number over the past week or more.  No messages left.  Comes up Processing on caller id.  Very annoying and harassing.  Am on do not call registry.  I am getting to the point where I am going to notify all the proper authorities to stop this harassment.  Had enough.

Did not answer;  no voice mail left.

What is the goal of these calls? I'm sure no good.

Decided to answere known telemarketers number, woman was offering Government loams, I said you are a telemarketer and she hung up.So tired of telemarketers scum!

Call hang up at 220 pm PST.  No talk or noise in background.

Called @ 7:02 PM. on a Friday Night..  Recorded message...May qualify for "Federal.....
Then I hung up.

ID says "Processing". Probably meaningless though as it is with most scammers.

Landline rang.  Saw this number & a lot of gobbledygook (sp?).  Hit kill button.
