A call from this number today claiming to be the IRS with my final morning asking me to call the phone number I believe it was 407-202-0761 not 100% sure anyway typical scams started two days ago is the fifth call I have gotten

Recorded female voice stated that call was last notice before IRS files suit against me. A phone # & case # was included. Definite scam!

Got an automated call from this number saying that the IRS is trying to reach me because they are filing a law suit against me.

Got a call from this number and it was a recorded message purportedly from IRS saying there was a law suit against me and I must call immediately a number with an area code of 209.  I did not write or remember the number and knew immediately was scam.  I wonder why people do that.

Got a call from this number.  They left a message indicating that it was from the IRS and it was filing a lawsuit against me.  To get more information I needed to call another number.  It is a scam!  The IRS will not use an automated call from this number which caller i.d. came up as pay phone.

Received a call from 607-324-9767 and a message was left stating the IRS is filing suit against me and left another number, 253-200-6562, with instructions to call.  It was an automated voice, no human.

Robo-calls, "IRS lawsuit" scam.  This number is also associated with 630-752-9984 and with 661-476-3043.

Got same message.  Note that she says "Internal Revenue ServiceS" with an "s" on the end.  Not "The Internal Revenue Service" (no S) which would be the name of the real governmental agency.  Just another piece of evidence, along with the fact that they wouldn't just robocall you for something like this.

They called my cell 3 times yesterday and didn't leave a message. Then this morning I had a message on my work phone that the IRS is filing lawsuit against me and I should call 253-693-2009. Yeah, I'll get right on that. Dirtbags.

I received a call from this #. Caller id showed as payphone and they left automated message that it was a final notice from IRS that they are filing a lawsuit against me and provided a different # (206-317-1277) to call for more info.

Received a call from this number.  I didn't answer, but they left me a voicemail saying I was being sued by the IRS and to call them back at 509-588-7573.  Scam losers!

Said it was the Irs but when I called the number that they called from it was disconnected. Not Irs big scam

Call at lunch hour. Several attempts to connect a conversation. This call came to British Columbia.

Did not answer this # they left a voicemail by electronic voice stating the IRS has a law suit against me and to please return the call right away. Don't answer these calls.

I got a call from this number. The caller said that i was being sued by the irs . When I tried to call back it was a number that was not in service.

Got a call from this number with an automated message on refinancing student loan debt as part of some govt program.  Then said all reps were busy and to leave my name, number and debt amount.

Just got a call with recorded message saying it was the IRS!! "Internal Revenue Services, final attempt at reaching me to inform me that the IRS is filing (a) lawsuit against me. To find out more information please call our office at 281-968-0589."
Whenn I called back on the incoming number the number was not in service, For giggles I called teh number and got someone with a heavy Indian Accent who answered IRS!
