    Caller says, "Hi this is Josh from the customer service dept, can you hear me ok?"
    I think I foolishly said, "Yes."  Then added, "customer service dept of what?"
    Caller plows ahead with his script, "You've been selected to win a free..."
    I repeated, "customer service dept of what?" two more times.
    Caller didn't deviate from his script.  I hung up and called credit bureaus and my credit card companies because I'm guessing this is that scam where they get you to say, "Yes," record your voice, then start asking for services and opening credit lines in your name.
