Keeps calling.

No message, hangup.  My number is on the federal and state do not call lists.  This number has called before.  Really irritating.  Could be First American Funding Bank if the following 9/30/2009 Madison Craigslist ad is valid:

Call 2 to 3 times a day and when answering machine picks up, they hang up.

we have received many calls from this number. When we answer the phone, they hang up.

They keep calling & never leave a message. I'm on state & federal no/call lists, but telemarketers keep calling.

This is the second time these people tried calling.  When the voice mail picks up they hang up.  Does not even leave a message.  Please stop these people!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Another call "OUT OF AREA"  Leaves no message.  Very irritating.  They could at least leave a message or something.

Did not leave a msg. This is the first time they called. I hope it doesn't happen again, but in general I receive all kinds of weird calls from numbers/CIDs I don't recognize.

Continual harrassing calls.  I have asked them to quit calling.  They continue to call.  Joe continues to explain bs to me.  I have had their calls traced.  They are a company.  A telemarketer portion of a bank with three locations in Sun Praire, West Madison, etc.   I am working on filing a complaint with the legislative branch at the capitol and have spoke with a representative in person regarding the matter.  There are two other complaints that will be in process.  As for know, advise this company to remove you from their list.

It is First American Funding.  They are such HUGE pests I will never do business with them!  At first I was interested, but then everytime they called it was a new agent and they wanted to collect the SAME information multiple times...very annoying!  I repeatedly requested that ONE person handle my account, and that request was completely ignored!  I got so fed up I told them to never contact me again...not by phone, not by email, not even by carrier pigeon...Yet tonight...3/1/2010, they show up on my caller ID.  I will be filing a formal complaint with Wisconsin Dept of Justice.

Again they called my ID says "OUT OF AREA" Does not leave any message!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  If they are at least interested in getting your buisness they could at least leave a message.  Even if I manage to talk to somebody I wouldn't give them any information.  Because I do not even know who they are.

I just called them back, was polite, told them we were verified to be on the do not call list and the operator (Press  0 for the Operator) "said" he took my number out of their system so we will see. Try this and see what happens I guess. As times get tougher, they bend the rules and get more desperate to get some business. if and when we do decide, because of these calls, we will NEVER use them and will tell others we know when it comes up to stay away from them as well. if everyone does this, they will have such a bad name, they will go away.

As one, we have little power but as a whole, we can change the world...

We are getting calls from this number several times a month. We are on the no call list

Automated dialer called our home phone. He asked for my elderly Mother. I stated I have power of attorney. He asked to offer refinancing for my Mother's mortgage. I told him our phone number is registered with www.DoNotCall.gov and he was illegally calling. He said "No I am not." I asked for all of his information, business name, his name, their address, license number and phone number. He only gave a toll free number to call back if I wanted to talk to his supervisor then hung up.

File complaints with the two links above. They will be arrested and shut down. These are frauds.
