They called today and left no message. I called back and got am automatic teller message then a lady said please identify yourself so we can determine if you who are we are looking for what is your name? I RESPONDED Who are you?? I'm not giving you my name. She said well we will use other resources to find who we are looking for. I said you do that and hung up.

I received a call from this number and I was put on hold. I have no idea who they are.

Been calling me at 9:30pm at night, tempted to take a drive, madison wisconsin isnt that far from me.

Someone from this number called my fiancé's phone this morning between 6-6:30 AM. He didn't hear it so he didn't answer and they did not leave a message. I called back from my phone to find out why they called that early. The woman I spoke to advised that they don't make calls that early. I advised that other parts of the country are not in her time zone and they called before 7 am. When I asked what type of business they are, she refused to tell me, stating that she can only speak to the owner of the phone number. Advised her that if we get another call prior to 7 am, we will report them to the proper authorities.

Called back wouldnt tell me anything, put me on hold, I hung up. I'm not holding if I dont even know why.

I got a call from this number.  She asked for me by name and I said "this is".  She then asked for my birthdate to confirm that they had the right party on the line.  I told her she could tell me who she was first before I volunteer any of that information.  She said it was regarding a personal matter.  I again stated that I would not tell her my birth date and she then asked for my address.  I refused to give that as well.  She said "ok then, I will just have to call you back"...
You do that lady...good luck your number is now blocked.

This number belongs to State Collection Service, a debt collector.  I have had to be in touch with them due to fraud on my credit report.  I know that they handle seriously delinquent utility bills for Alliant Energy, if that helps anyone.

Asking for personel info but refuse to tell me who they are. Over and over.

Pretty sure this is for Grifols plasma services. I talked to a Wisconsin number yesterday for Grifols and had a phone interview scheduled for 08:30 and Wisconsin is 2 timezones ahead of me (I'm pacific time) I don't think they take in to account that Grifols is a multi international company and that the continental US has 4 timezones. I told the lady I talked to yesterday to set up a phone interview that I'm on pacific time and figured they would have compensated for timezones. So to everyone that posted before me, you did any of you or significant others apply for Grifols plasma services?

As a former telemarketer, I can tell you that it is illegal in the state of Wisconsin for anyone to call to collect a debt or attempt to Market any products after 9 p.m.

It is also illegal in the state of Wisconsin to call anybody before 9 a.m. to telemarket. If you tell them that you are on the Do Not Call List, it does not matter if you were the owner of the phone or not. They have to remove you.

I got a call from this number yesterday.  The caller claimed it was a "business matter."  Caller was male.  He said he would only talk to me and asked for address verification.  He claimed we ignored correspondence sent from his office. I told him that we had not received anything.  He continued to press for personal information.  I told him that I thought he was phishing, and that I wasn't taking the bait.  He said that he would call again.  I hope that when (if) he does, I'll be in a better position to handle his call.  I was depositing money into an ATM at the time.

Pretty much same thing happened to me. I know I have a lot of debts out there, do any of you out there who have received calls from this number have any debts? If so we can identify a common theme of why we're getting calls from this number.

People are saying theyre the State Collectiom Agency? Theyve been calling me but i live in indiana? Shouldnt a indiana number be calling me if its for the state? Haha They cant even say who they are? Kimda fishy..
