Robocall with mechanical-sounding female voice.  "She" said that she represented Amazon.com and that my account was being debited $39.95 for some membership or other, and to talk to an Amazon representative about that.  I hung up and checked my Amazon.com account, and there is no such membership or charge contemplated by Amazon.  I suspect that the "Amazon Operator" would want to get Amazon.com logon credentials or "verify" credit card information.  Caller ID was "BEACH HAVEN NJ".  Number is a non-fixed VoIP (e.g. Skype or Google Voice) from Verizon; non-fixed VoIP probably means briefcase VoIP setup somewhere in Hungary or wherever operating over the Internet.
