I believe this is from NCO a collection agency of Capital One.  It is very similar to 4 others I have seen.  They never leave a message and call multiple times per day.

Just received a call on my cell phone at work.  No message.  This is first call.  Better be the last.

2nd day in a row they have called my cell phone. I used my landline to return their call and someone answered and when I asked why they were calling my cell phone she asked me for my cell phone number which I DID NOT provide. I then asked what type of business this was and she said 'They handle all types of things". End of call at my discretioin.

It is Capital one, they call from more than 10 different numbers including local area codes, seven days a week, 2 to 3 times an hour,  ridiculous but they have to do it to try to collect a debt.

Got a call as like most of you others.  Said i had outstanding debt on a card which i do not, nor have ever owned, or used.  Seemed a little bit shady but i will have to look more into it to see.

I received calls everyday for a week! Just called them and as usual they are looking for the person that HAD this number. Told them to stop or my next call is to PA. Attorney Generals Office to file a complaint!

Have no idea why I'm getting calls from this number on my new phone number.  Tired of it.

I  keep getting calls from this number too. I don't have a CC with Capital One though.
