i got this mortgage advert on my cell via sms. reported to fcc via beast's link. you should do the same. indicates a call back number of 888-532-0177

i'm totally gonna call and get me a new mortgage. hopefully it's sold to a hedge fund somewhere stable, like nigeria. i totally wanna invest in nigeria.

I called and left a message inquiring about the mortgage rate and heard back from Money Warehouse within a few days.  I expressed concern about the unsolicited text message and asked to speak with someone who has the authority to discuss the company's marketing strategy and explore the idea of reimbursing all those who received text messages without their consent.  If you would like to call as well, the local phone number is 215-357-6267.  The address listed on the Money Warehouse site is 615 2nd Street Pike / Southampton, PA 18966.

Received the same text message, unsolicited.  Only people who have phone number was recent dealings with  home improvment contractors (surprise) Reporting the intrusive advertising via FCC.gov website.  Suggest all call the owner of the mortgage company Money Warehouse, 615 2nd St Pike, Southhamptom PA 18966.  Owner is Mr. Yuri Volin 215-722-6500 extension 102.  Let him know his action is unacceptable. If you were charged for the text, insist upon a refund.

Husband and I text message to both of our cell phones.  I did not open the text message but in the inbox it states Your approved for 4.79% APR FHA

You're Approved! 4.89% APR FHA Fixed Rate Mortgage! 3.25% APR Equity Line! Call All State Mortgage Lender NOW: 1-888-532-0177 Approval Code: *****

This was sent to my cell phone. This is UNSOLICITED SPAM at its worst. I've reported this incident and the number it came from to the FCC. I would advise everyone to do the same.

this number calls me EVERY DAY, yesterday 10-13-2018 four times they called ……..I do not answer the calls but would like to know who the heck they are and why so many calls - they leave no message/
