    My parents have been getting calls many mornings from someone who hangs up when they pick up the phone. This morning (July 10, 2010) my mom dialed *69 after the call and was given 610-630-9452, which was busy when she called it.

    I do not answer it.  They leave no message.  I do not call back numbers outside of my area code.
