Received 3 voicemails beginning at 4 am. There was nothing but static.

This is a fax number for Quest Diagnostics that frequently calls my home in the middle of the night. I have tried to get it straightened out with the company, but the calls persist.

This is Quest Diagnostics trying to send junk faxes.

When I called they said it was their fax machine calling incorrectly and they will block our number.

The calls didn't stop so I called back, escalated the call through the supervisors and a manager.  Basically wasting as much of their time as possible while using my free cell phone LD and minutes.  2 hours later I finished yelling and they stopped calling.

Received multiple calls from this fax machine to my home telephone number.  Quest Diagnostics uses this machine to fax blood screening reports to doctors and pharmacists.  If you get this number calling you, report it to 800-433-4988.

2 in morning; 2:30 - several throughout the night.
WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO ***PAY*** TO LOCATE A PHONE NUMBER TO REPORT  THIS TO?????

Received 3 calls to my work number consecutively on the morning of 6/27/2008.  It is a fax machine.

Quest Diagnostics fax calling our home phone all weekend and late at night

I received multiple calls from this fax machine (1-610-650-2300, got this number by *69) very early in morning and after researching it, I found out that it is Quest Diagnostics and also found this website.

You will find toll free numbers for many states. I called the toll free number, they asked for my phone number and the number the call was coming from and was assured that my number would be removed.

I get repeated calls in the middle of the night around 3 a.m. Tried calling it back and was put on hold. Spoke with Darlene. Said the same as others that it was a fax line. They took the info and blocked my number from being called.

Called 3 times on Sunday morning with no message,  Please block further calls

Three calls about Twenty Minutes starting around 3:20 A.M. on 12-12-08 from Quest Dianostics in Phonixville, PA.

Fax Machine dialed my home phone off and on, every 5-10 minutes for 2 days.
I googled company and dialed 1-800-825-7320 (customer support line: Hit ZERO twice to get out of the interminable voice menu) Then complained. Since I am on the DND list, I threatened law suit. And am planning on doing so, if they continue.

I suggested that they get someone to program the fax machine who can tell one number from another.

started at 4 am called me 3 times in a row.   threatened a class action suit.  call 1800-825-7320

This is called harrassment and i know there is a hungry lawyer out there wanting a class action law suit against these clowns

Received 2 phone calls last night at 4:42am and 4:52am from the number 1-610-650-2300 that I did not know. Do you have any suggestion what I should do to stop them from calling me? Should I call 1800-825-7320? Would it help or would I just waste my time?

Keep getting fax calls from this company starting Saturday, December 5. So far rec'd 4 calls.

I got a call from this number at 4:30 a.m. and it sounded like a fax machine.  They hung up and called right back!  Same noise.  This is disgusting... they should not be allowed to make calls in the wee hours of the morning.  There's nothing professional or courteous about being woken in the middle of your sleep.  I panicked when the phone rang, thinking something awful had happened to a family member.  Then, I couldn't get back to sleep.  How do you stop these people????

I received two calls within ten minutes of each other on my cell phone originating from (610) 650-2300, today (02/02/10). Fax sounds were transmitting each time. I have not taken any action thus far.

This was definitely Quest Diagnostics trying to fax something. I called the 1-800-433-4988 number listed in a previous post, and the person assured me the faxes would stop within 30 minutes.

Basically if your number somehow gets put into their database incorrectly, they will try to fax you lab results for various patients.

I got 6 calls yesterday and 3 calls today from this fax machine number.  Yesterday, I called 1-800-433-4988 (Quest in Colorado) as suggested above, and they seemed clueless, but said they would have my number removed.  I called the same number today to say I was still receiving calls and they gave me another number for Quest somewhere in VA or PA, 1-800-877-8824.  The guy said he would remove my number from the system.  However, since I just received 2 more calls while typing this message, I'm skeptical whether this worked.  I'll post a follow up.
