ID said PNOA (PA Narcotics Officer Assoc)  asked them twice to remove us from call list.  PNOA is based in Harrisburg, not Philly.

i got a call. they left no message

Just got a call, on 8/19/08 at 12:35 pm.  Called, two rings, picked up and no answer!  What's the deal?

Rang twice, I answered and there was no answer on the other line.

Received call 12:57 PM 09/09/08. PNOA on caller ID,no message on machine.

Received a call from 610-717-3838 at 11:17 a.m.  I announced who I was.  No answer.  Few seconds later, a man asked to talk to someone else other than me.  I let them know thery were not available at the time.  The man then said "Goodbye".  I asked what this was in reference to.  Again they said "Goodbye".  I said "Hello" several times.  They kept responding with "Goodbye".  I then informed them not to call here anymore.  They called back again at 11:18 a.m.  I hung up on them.  I won't be surprised if they call again but this kind of calling has got to be put to a stop.  I have received calls in the past like this before.  Can something be done about it?  I sincerely hope so.

2nd time they called here.

11/13/08,  Rec'd call from PNOA male voice asked to speak with the owner of the company, I asked in regards to: he said he was calling to solisit on behalf of the police dept. I asked what township. He said it was PA and that I was a "good gate keeper". He then identified the dept. as the PA Narcotic's Assc. I told him we only respond to written solisitations. He hung up.
11/14/08 Same male voice called again, this time @ 9:04 AM.
Watch Out! He dosen't want to take no for an answer.

He called me yesterday and asked for 250$ and i told him no. He called me three times this morning! and it's only 10:00 AM.  I have to agree with Keeper of the Gate. I had almost the same conversation with this guy.

They called - I picked up and waited for someone to answer.The asked for me and when I didn't say anything they just hung up - What is this company and what are they trying to solicet from me ????????

Call from this number said they were raising funds for their Decal Drive - then went on to describe the decal to me.  He even directed me to a website pnoa.org.  I asked where he was calling from and he said Pittsburgh.  He said he had no literature to send to me because they are a non-profit but that he could get his supervisor on the line.
