I have received 7 calls per day from this number. Asking for a certain person, press 1 or to be put on hold until this person answers press 2. Will not leave a message. I am reporting to the BBB. Enough is Enough!!

the best way to handle this aency is to play there game.  keep calling them and give a false name or say nothing at all.  I do it 10 to15 times a day

called about a "business matter."  rude when i called back.... they started questioning me.... who are they to question me - when they call my home!

they called very early with an important message, the machine asked if i was such person press 1 so i did being that i am expecting a very important call and they had me waiting forever on the line and i closed the phone. they normaly call but i just ignore!!!

they are very nasty. they call several times a day from 8 am to after 9pm. I asked to talk to a superviser and they wouldn't let me. i asked for the agnecy name and they just hung up on me. I called back insisting that if they have a true debt to collect that they need to send it in writing. I never saw it.

Constantly receive calls from 610-916-7262.  When I answered, it is a recording asking for 'Deccom'?  No clue - so I hang up.  I did call back and the man I spoke to was very rude so I refuse to answer anymore.

They call my cell phone at least 10 times a day suddenly.  I have no idea what they could want with me so I ignore them.  My cell phone is in my ex husband's name.

call several times a day and never leave a message. Or a recording will ask for a certain person then say if it isn't that person to press 1.  How can an answering machine press 1?  I feel if they are too rude to leave a message then they don't deserve a call back.

EXTREMELY RUDE. Call my number ALL HOURS OF DAY AND NIGHT. I called them back, would only tell me they are B.C.C. and gave a fake Supervisor's name as Fred James. Feel free to call them as much as you want. 610.-916-7262. Call TONS and put them on hold.

I have been receiving one call per day over the last several days, right around 10 a.m. from this phone number, on my cell phone.  As I don't recognize the number, I usually do not answer the call, and they never leave a message on my voicemail. On one occasion, I did answer the call, and there was no response even after I identified myself several times, so I hung up.
This morning, I called the number from my office using a line that does not display the direct extension I am calling from.  I told them to stop calling me on my cell, and they began to ask for identifying information and the cell phone number that has been receiving the calls. The female that answered the call stated that her company deals with "personal/private issues". She was rude, but in all fairness probably because I was rude, too. Be careful with this one.

i hate these people they call 6-10 times a day i talked to them once but they did not beleive me
