Interesting.  I don't understand how I have suddenly been selected to be a target  for "Help Dept." from whoever in PA when I am in CA.  Another that stayed on the phone long enough to register as leaving a message, but only dead air.

Me too, and I'm in Southern California. Caller ID says Help Dept. and they don't leave a message after the tone on my machine.

Some company I never heard of  never leave's a message.

I live in SoCal and received this call.  I have registered on Do Not Call list. This is another scam call # 610-922-8911.

5/05 16:37 Fools just keep trying.  Unfortunate that we have no recourse, but to vent on this website.  DNC, FCC, etc. are useless, because these scammer continue figure out ways to harass us!  ID looks like it might be something, but no message left, just stayed on long enough register as message.  Last time called showed as Help Dept.
