Caller ID said "Client Retention". No message left.

Call and hang up... second call from this number today.  ID is Bryn Mawr, PA

Calls and hangs up. When you call back the number it asks if you want to be put on the do not call list. If you try to opt out that is when they got you because they know this is a working number. These are the lowest scum of the earth thieves. If you block the number they will continue to call with the same number only changing the last 2 digits. I got a similar call from 610-922-8912. They just continue to spoof their number and try to trick you into giving credit card info.

EVERYTHING Omama said is true, including getting a call from 610-922-8912 before getting this number, and the fact that they're scum of the earth.  I keep putting them on my blocked phone list and they keep changing their number.

Also got a call today from 610-922-8912. The only defense against these morons are phones with caller ID.

Call would not identify themselves or their company. Legitimate callers do not behave in this manner.  Telemarketer scum ... stop calling me.

I have call blocking phones at my office and at my home.  Panasonic and Uniden make excellent call-blocking phones...they're inexpensive and they come with at least one wireless handset.

Called, husband and I hung up. Seems like our instincts are always right in that regard. Pathetic, lowlife scum need to be shipped to the core of the sun.

Same as above.  They just called me twice in two minutes.  Best to ignore them.  They are just morons who obviously had a faulty upbringing.  So be sure to teach your kids respect for others.

This machine has so many different numbers I lose track of all of them. they have the same basic message for some unnamed home mortgage or refi help or a home security system if you press 1 to speak to a rep and 2 to be added to their do not call list. I just let the message play through using speaker phone then once I get a busy signal I hang up.

Ever since Telemarketing started... I do not and will not ever ever answer my phone. I have no need to talk to someone I don't know. So they are wasting my time as well as theirs... Just hope someday there will be the most harsh punishment for anyone harassing anyone on the phone.  Get a real job people!!!!

same here; 'client retention'.  if you have caller id, and can see these illegal numbers showing up, DO NOT PICK UP the phone; just let it ring.  Also be sure that your phone number(s) are registered with the Do Not Call Registry; which has a good premise, but does not follow through with any legit complaint.  pity

go to the FTC site and do some reading.   They have busted some pretty big fish over the past year.

Thanks, Dan.  Years ago, I received a call from a U.S. attorney who was investigating someone that I'd reported.  It's a pain in the neck to have to make the reports, but it only takes a minute, and I suspect that registering complaints does help to some degree, perhaps with the biggest offenders.

Just got a call from this number also the same number except the last two numbers were 12 not 14, what the heck do these people want. They never leave a message. We never answer our phone anymore unless we know who's calling us. I'm on the do not call list, what rock are these scumbags crawling out of lately. I have 3 pages of legal size paper of different numbers starting on 3-8-13 that I keep track of. Never had so many phone calls in one month since we have lived here.

Received many calls, caller ID shows the number and "client retent". I never answer and they don't leave a message.
