    Robocall, trying to sound vaguely official by mentioning "state electricity deregulation" and saving money on the bill from "your electric company". In reality, I'm sure these people are not affiliated with either one. No way I'd ever buy anything from a cold caller who resorts to these sleazy tactics.

    Supposedly PA Power Choice contracts them to call us customers in good standing.(but I don't have a bill) he hung up.
