power choice says they can save me money on my electric bill caller id today says "ELEC ATHORITY".
This is not the first call from these idiots.

I called (610) 922-8945, a recording answered and gave me the option of being put on there do not call list by pressing #1.

Philadelphia, PA, 11/7, 12:21 PM.  Dead air on machine.  No message.  You want me to know that you called?  I know.  G'bye!!  Same applies to caller who has four seconds to respond if I do pick up:  4-3-2-1, G'bye!  Most callers begin speaking when someone answers.  There are several companies attempting to solicit electric supply services.  Mine come through mail.  One individual appeared at the door.  Fascinating encounter.  Another appeared in the evening and was summarily dismissed.  Stay alert and stay safe everyone.  Healthy, happy, safe Thanksgiving to all!

Called twice this evening. Caller ID says Bryn Mawr,PA.  Not far from my home. I wasn't here, no message left. Am on DNC list. I called the number, out of service. Right!

I keep getting unwanted calls on my cell phone.

called the number back 610 922-8945 and it says the number is not in service. just another scam energy slamming company that wants your account number to switch your electrical service without your consent. They use fake phone id's so they won't get caught.  

Yes, I too have been receiving calls from this number! !  Also, be aware 😨, THE NUMBER 610-922-8902⚠.  I never answer my phone unless I know who it is.  My cordless house phone enables me to block #s, I just block away.  My thought has always been, I pay for my phone, if I want you to call it, I will give you the number. These companies and the people working for them are out of control. Invasion of privacy is the way I see it. Stay alert and smart. 👍

That's a bold move soliciting in the dark!!  You may or may not know this, but most townships or districts require these people to obtain a permit to solicit the area.  Next time ask if the got their permit and then call the police. My husband got a engraved plastic weather proof sign stating no soliciting, do not knock or ring door bell. It's right outside by the door where you can't miss it and it was actually quite reasonable in cost. Hope you don't have to deal with those idiots again!!  Take Care...B

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

They no longer have anything listed in the caller ID, just the number.  Blank otherwise.  Scammers!  Report them to US and PA do not call lists, which they are violating.
