I ended up calling the number previously mentioned ( 1-866-477-3966 ) but the rep said he was in the Sales department. He ended up giving me another number: 800 643 4845 so you might want to try and call this second one. Hopefully the calls will stop. If not, I'll have to report a violation.

This is United Healthcare calling to remind you to get your Flu Shot. They do leave a message but if you aren't home or don't answer then you can't confirm you received the phone call. It's a legitimate call. There is no violation to report & the DNC List has nothing to do with this type of call. It's not a telemarketer either as some have stated.

Both United Health Care and Metro Phone know about the problem and are trying to solve it. It has to do with cross wiring. Got a very nice person at MetroPhone who as aware of the problem and they are fielding hundreds of phone calls about this.

Hope they solve the problem quickly for the 1000s of people who are receiving these calls.
