This company has contacted me as well. The guys name I talked with is Douglas Cooper. They are offering me a fixed rate loan if I pay a collateral payment first.

My call was from a restricted number but his name is Adam Stevenson! Is this Really a Fraud?! I so need this loan

I received my loan the next day from yorkland financial is this the same company because my funds are in my account

i was on here yesterday read all the post and decided to give yorkland financial solutions a chance and the came threw for me it didnt take that long

I must admit that i did have my doubts about this company,so i decided to look up the company after I secured my loan!. see all these comments made my heart jump out of my body and almost had a panic attack..so I called them back right away and asked for my money back but it was too late they said i was in good hands and i should wait for the loan in my account by then end of the day.I spoke with anne she's really nice. So I did wait it out and the loan did go into my account by the end of the day!!!! I was soo happy because coming on here and reading these comments could really work on your nerves to make you panic!

I have my loan and I am now able to close out my house because of Yorkland Financial Solutions.

I tried getting a loan with the company of Yorkland Financial Solutions, and I talked with Adam Stevenson.  He had me pay a collateral payment of close to $800 and I had to wire it in through western union.  He also had me fax in the loan documents (which had my bank info) and a copy of my social security card and driver's license.  I am ashamed that I went through with it.  Because now I have no money and I have to file a claim of identity theft.  Do not trust this guy or this company no matter what!!!!  You would be better off with a payday loan, it's highway robbery but at least you will get some money.

we are in the process of a loan with Yorkland. their 877 number is not working? suspect? Our Western Union hasn't gone thru yet but I may cancel it. Do you have another phone number for these people. We have only talked to Douglas Cooper

i would be hesitant to believe these posts.  if anybody truly had a positive experience they would not come to 800 notes to look up the number. im just saying but i could be wrong but think not.
