Upbeat American started the conversation with, "Is this Vita?"  I replied by asking who is calling.   Caller stated her name is Allison, with information on a broker who is interested in buying Vita's vacation properties.  Sound quality of the call was poor - as if she is in a submarine - and background sounds of another person's guffaw.  The call ended before I could ask any of my dozens of probing questions, and my Spidey senses were tingling.
