Caller claimed to be with CenturyLink, but didn't have any information about an owner or manager's name, which made us very suspicious.  She went on to say that they could change our phone plan from a corporate rate to a small business rate and lock us into a good price for 12 months.  (Who knows what happens after that).  We ended the call at that point.  Followed up with CenturyLink, who stated that if a legit sales person does call, it always comes from a 1-800 number, so they confirmed it was a scam.
