Called my cell......Thought it might be someone calling me back, so I answered.....You have won a free cruise!!......My response was to end the call.....Now this number is blocked.  I may get a new cell phone and change my number, as I am getting more of these unwanted calls.

Caller hangs up!! Get these calls at least 3x day

Called my cell around 10:20 AM. I did not pick up. No message left.

"You have been selected for a free, all-expenses-paid cruise to the Bahamas just for completing a simple survey"

Just received a call from the number and they didn't leave a message.

The caller asked if I could hear him ok.  Is said yes and he said "ok great". "We want to thank you for being a loyal customer..." (Blah,blah,blah). I asked him, what company he was with but he kept talking. Nonstop. At this point I wasn't even hearing him, I just kept repeating 'what company are you with?' But he wouldn't shut up for even a nano second. So after asking about 4 times, I hung up!

No it's not Verizon. It's number listed in the Verizon directory. It's a scam out of India. I looked it up.

This number appears more than occasionally.   Sometimes they immediately say"congratulations" you have just won a trip to the Bahamas, and other times they just hang up on me after 3-6 seconds or more.  I am annoyed as we have a large family and these calls are most always picked up by us because we think it is someone in the family calling.   This must stop and I am going to report them to the FTC and Attorney General.  The Mpls/St. Paul phone number has just recently started.   When you try to call back they say that the number is not available at this time and a Verizon code is given and we are told to try again later.  We are a DNC number and we fully intend to pursue our rights!

Robocall that tries to sound like a real person.  "This is Tim with customer service.  Can you hear me ok?"  Trying to push a vacation of some sort.

We have blocked this number but they still try calling every week or so. It rings once and gets blocked. Today their calls were blocked at 10:47am and again at 5:18pm. They won't give up. There should be laws passed, preventing this type of behavior!

I love this site. I don't even call these numbers back, I just check out what you guys have to say, and block them accordingly. So I'm sorry, but a big thank you is all I have to contribute here!

This # tries to call & harrasses us everyday.
They(like several other scam #'s that call us)are now BLOCKED!

You'd think they'd get a clue w/being led immediately to VM, but nope. They still try anyway(I only this b/c their attempt still shows up on the ID, even though the phone NEVER rings.). But hey, if these #'s want to waste their time calling everyday and getting the answering machine or a "you must identify yourself to complete your call" message, that's fine w/me. The bottom line is that I don't have to hear it ring anymore.

My advice? Just BLOCK these calls.

same thing. I answered but no one said anything. Then a buzzing sound and disconnect.

Got a call today on my cell as I was rushing out the door, fumbled the answer and disconnected the call, but the number was from the mentioned number.  I also called back and got a Verizon message saying the party wasn't available.  I've gotten several calls on my cell from other numbers.  I have now blocked all those numbers from coming through - hope that works.
