Didn't answer call, but saw it was local. Called the number back and got a 'not in service' message.

Now it seems Bell Mobility is using it as well. Got a call today from someone called Laura who claimed to be from Bell Mobility but with a very Indian accent, and the call had all the choppiness of an international VoIP call. She said something about free phone and the call broke up to the point where it was just noise.

I got the same one just minutes ago. Dude's accent was THICK. I just said "no" and hung up. Also traced the call (*57) just in case.

Ya never know.

yeah I'm getting the same....my cell says TD Bank is calling but the number is unknown....wtf?!?!??
